Balance

the challenges of a lifetime

come in hurdles blocking our goals

we may not know what we’re looking for

yet we go forward along our path

it seems there is difficulty

when the answers do not come

yet we must push ourselves fully

bringing balance to our lives

the more we continue, the more we grow

what we deserve comes to us in kind

as we try to serve our loved ones
